Kasulu Town Council Councilor and/or staff and other stakeholders:-
i. Shall discharge responsibilities efficiently, diligently with discipline and honesty. ii. Shall avoid personal conflict of interest in Council business, exercise self-commitment and abide to the rule of law when executing daily duties. iii. Shall be fair, open, truthful, honest and conduct in such a manner that will protect the Council’s integrity.
